The current situation shows that Stalin not only did not die, but also has a strong influence on social and political life.
More and more countries are leaning towards an authoritarian and even dictatorial form of government before our eyes. The tragic farce "How We Buried Joseph Vissarionovich" (subtitle - "A Play about Flexibility and Immortality") allows us to trace the paths by which Stalinism grows in the soul of a modern person. Answering such a question, it is impossible to remain exclusively in the zone of seriousness, so the tragic farce is not only relevant and creepy, but also very funny.
Theatrical readings of the tragic farce "How We Buried Joseph Vissarionovich" were held with great success in Prague, Riga, Vilnius, Budva, San Francisco, Barcelona, Berlin, Oslo and other cities of the world. The following took part in the readings: Alexander Filippenko, Maxim Sukhanov, Viktor Shenderovich, Monetochka, Evgeny Kiselev, Olga Romanova, Alexander Morozov, Mikhail Borzykin, Anna Mongait, Anton Dolin, Tatyana Lazareva, Nikita Kukushkin, Alexander Delfinov, Victoria Ivleva, Varvara Shmykova, Alexander Feklistov and many others.
In cooperation with various foundations and NGOs, more than twenty charity readings were held, raising about 80 thousand euros.
All funds raised in Helsinki will be transferred to the volunteer organization Rubikus.help.UA to assist in the evacuation of refugees.
