And here’s another way to provide concrete help.
The wonderful Alina is heading to Ukraine again next week to deliver humanitarian aid to a charitable children’s center. 💙💛
If anyone wants and is able to join in, we would be very grateful for help in purchasing:
— baby food (Nan 2, Hipp 2),
— vegetable and fruit purees in jars (for babies from 6 months to 1.5 years),
— school supplies, backpacks, pencil cases — anything that might be useful for schoolchildren.
Anyone willing can bring these needed items for the children tomorrow, Sunday, July 6th, from 3 PM to 6 PM at the Oodi Library (as usual, in the café on the first floor).
Alina usually loads up as much as possible, also getting some items from storage (the maximum allowed weight is 500 kg), but she needs to cover the travel expenses herself.
Therefore, there is also a need to raise about €200 for fuel costs.
